In server closed mode having the cvar jk_serverClosedBroadcast set to "1" it will show the message for who's connecting everytime when the user tries to connect. Maybe adding a "last connected ip" to server data will stop this, and it will show only once.

jk_serverClosedBroadcast has been removed, only broadcast via server console.
