Better tagline and buttons for / (index page)

Potentially something like "Learn More" with a link to a page explaining the miniscule amount of trolling :trollface: that we partake in. And "Get Involved" linking to a page with info about all types of contribution or as a standin until that's done at least linking to "Gates to The Battalion Discussion"

Other Ideas for what exactly to make these buttons can be discussed in comments.
