Update TOS to include the following provisions for VPS

Virtual Servers:

Note: This portion of the Terms of Service only apply to users of Virtual Server(s) provided by TriHard.space, it's contents apply in addition to anything aforementioned.

Acceptable use:

In accordance with our Datacenter providers, the following activities are not permitted on Virtual Server(s) provided by TriHard.space:

Operating applications that are used to mine crypto currencies.
The scanning of foreign networks or foreign IP addresses.
The use of fake source IPs.
Spam, scams, or deceptive practices.

Additionally, the actions you partake in with aforementioned Virtual Server(s) must be legal in the physical location in which they are hosted, as well as compliant with United States law per previous provisions within these Terms of Service.

It is not our responsibility to inform you of local regulations regarding these products, you are advised to do your research prior to and during your activities you wish to carry out on this service.

Resource abuse:

In general, you are allowed to do whatever you please on your Virtual Server(s). If you are using an excess of resources such that it causes interruptions to services to other customers, we are not able to provide you services. Termination is a last resort, we will inform you if your usage is disruptive prior to enforcement actions.

Security:

It is the responsibility of you to keep your servers free of malicious code, vulnerabilities, and otherwise. If you do not make an effort to keep your servers secure, access to this service may be terminated.

Best effort service:

This is a best effort service to offer Virtual Servers to our users, however we cannot make any promises or warranties about this service currently. We cannot in good faith offer a service level, uptime guarantee, or otherwise.

Pricing:

All prices are as displayed, we may at any point throughout the life of our service adjust the pricing of our offerings. We will attempt to make you aware of such changes, and they will be posted.

Native currency:

The native currency of the services offered by TriHard.space are "tokens" functionally equivalent to 1 USD. When making deposits, they will be prorated to the current exchange rate of the Cryptocurrency or Fiat Currency used. We will try our best to accurately assess and compute the value of said currencies, due to differing exchange rates and fluctuation in the global currency market their will in some cases be a minor discrepancy between our perceived and actual value. Only in the case of gross errors will we make corrections to balances.

No cash value:

Funds deposited to your account on TriHard.space are prorated to their assessed value, and stored as "tokens" equivalent to 1 USD for your convenience and reference only. Such "tokens" have no cash value.

Refunds and warranty:

All sales or deposits of "tokens" are final. Withdrawals, cashouts, etc.. are not possible. No warranty is provided, all services are as-is. You are advised to test these services in a staging environment before making a commitment to doing anything in a production environment.

Termination of service:

While a last resort, we reserve the right to terminate individual Virtual Server(s) or services in general. Examples of reasons why such actions may be taken are, but are not limited to:

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute.
Your service expires due to nonpayment or an autorenewal fails due to lack of funds.
Your usage violates any part of these terms.
Your excess usage of a commodity (e.g Bandwidth) exceeds the provided amount and your balance does not cover additional resources.
In the case where it is not viable to have a certain customer, we may sometimes be forced to terminate services regardless of any abuse (for example, High Risk Level, A historical pattern of abuse or malpractice, etc..)

Privacy:

Please be aware that there are also provisions in the Privacy Policy (linked above) regarding use of Virtual Server(s)
