In this pull request, we implement some modification and improvements:

Modifications relating lua/json/prefab templates have been added, so that the BeamNG client can generate appropriate scenarios for further testing.
[WIP] Python script to execute scenarios inside AC3R.
The work uses jdk1.8.0_261, maven_3.3.9, BeamNGv1.6-rev43, BeamNGpy-v1.6 and Python v3.7.0.

@harveyvn Is BeamNG 1.6 or 1.7?

Can you also include the SNV revision number and BeamNGpy versions you are using?
