Fix the JSON file of case 3, the second vehicle's damage components from the police report is any.
According to the original JSON file, the first vehicle was going straight and then hitting the parked second vehicle on its right side. The police report said that the first vehicle got damaged on the front left which sounds unnatural and makes the search difficult to find the global optimum.

@harveyvn can you please check if the parked car should not be parked on the other side of the road? Maybe also for case 3 the car should be parked on the left side of the road?

There is a change in a JSON file, which have V2 parked to the left side of the road and make V1 move to the left.

Before:

Now both algorithms can reach the maximum value of this case.
