more support for symbolic and virtual state support #80

If the symbolic analysis functionality is to be extended the conversion from symbolic to virtual and actuated states needs more support.

This means first of all makin the functionality available independent of solver classes (who might have own solution constructs).

Such functions should use the symbolic keys to convert betwenn state representations
