Describe the bug Can't easily change themes

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click on 'Theme'
  3. Try to scroll

Expected behavior I expected the dropdown to be entirely visible but just a small part of it is
