Spectator BGM Restarting #180

Describe the bug Every time you start spectating a player in the test place, the BGM starts from the beginning.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Spectate a player in a map with a BGM.

Expected behavior The BGM starts playing at the part that the player in the map is currently experiencing.
