[BUG]Last Player Alive messages show when someone joins or leaves the game #199

Describe the bug Whenever someone joins or leaves the game and if you are the last player alive, a 'last player alive' message will appear

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Play in game
  2. Make sure that no one else is alive but you
  3. Have someone join the server

Expected behavior The message should only appear once, when the 2nd to last player dies.
