[BUG]Dummy appearing at spawn

Describe the bug When you survive a map then die, a dummy will spawn at the start of the map. This can be duplicated continuously

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go into the lift of a solo server
2. Beat the map (mapkit suggested)
3. Reset after the 'Survived' message appears
4. Re-enter the lift and see if the dummy is at the spawn of the map

Expected behavior Simply no dummy is meant to appear
