[BUG]Admin Menu #204

Describe the bug Vip owners show on the admin list. VIP text scaling clips on buttons on the admin list.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Gain admin perms.
  2. Click on the settings menu.
  3. Scroll down to admin button.
  4. See error

Expected behavior Text shouldnt clip like that and vip owners shouldnt be on the add user list.
