[BUG]Changelog shows the dates as being in 2013 #220

Describe the bug The changelog in the Tria.os game shows the dates of the update to be in 2013.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join Tria.os
  2. Look at Changelog

Expected behavior The year is expected to show 2023

Additional context I know I don't keep track of time very well but TRIA.os v0.11 wasn't released 10 years ago,
