[BUG]ChangeMusic not applying for spectators when used very early #236

Describe the bug Same as the title. The music played appears to prioritize the original music (that is intentionally muted in this case) instead of the new music.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a map with a ChangeMusic function that fires 0.25 seconds after you load in, and mute the original music, or load 8523822015
  2. Spectate a player in the map
  3. See that it isnt playing the music spawned by ChangeMusic

Expected behavior I expected the music spawned by ChangeMusic to play when spectated, instead of the intentionally muted music.
