Every time a player joins the game, it loads the settings from the previous section, especially menu size. You can set it to whatever you like and it'll load correctly the next time you join. However, the menu bar does not update accordingly, staying at 100% (default) size until you change the setting again.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Take a picture of how the desired size should look like on a previous server with the menu resized correctly
Join the game, take another picture of the menu bar
The second picture's menu bar is at the default size (100%)

The menu bar should be in correct size every time a player joins the game.
