1. on the Plugin Settings of HTTP Code injection

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
“inject-ext-server” and no ip and port boxes, just "browser_autopwn" 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SubterfugePublicBeta5.0.tar.gz on KALI

Please provide any additional information below.
inject-ext-server is not listed, how can I load it?

Update your version of Subterfuge from the settings page. You are running old 
code.
