Error: No module named messages <<PLEASE HELP ME>>

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed it exactly how I was told. everything was going well till I hit 
a problem trying to run the program. 
2. I got an error message saying..

3. I can't seem to understand what the problem plus I know my IP: 127.0.0.1 on 
port 80 is currently not in use because I have no .php script in the 
/root/var/www/ directory so yeah beats me on what's going on! 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I see an error message 
saying

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Backtrack 
5 R2 KDE

Please provide any additional information below.

I downloaded the newest update for this package " 
SubterfugePublicBeta4.3.tar.gz "
