Summary fix #405

Kyle, I see that you add a period argument when calling the "Summarize Matrix RowSums". However, I don't see the macro itself using period. Is it intended?

Thanks @Si-Shi, that was left over from my first attempt at changing the function that I then undid, but I forget to undo the call. I've corrected it and merged it in now.
