Set up middleman-gh-pages #2

@drapergeek I've published the site so https://trianglerb.github.io should be working. After that I rewound our changes off source and have them here in this PR. I want to start off with some semblance of a process so hopefully things can make more sense going forward.

Also, we now have two permanent branches, source and master, along with feature branches like this one, fix-1. Does that sound good to you?
