Reconsider code of conduct location #6

Should the CoC link to a page that is still in the style of the rest of the site? I find linking out to a GitHub doc might be distracting/off-putting to some.

Lets keep the CoC on Github just like how we do the Triangle Slack and Triangle DevOps. Changes to the CoC should be submitted via PR and discussed there 😇
