Preliminary Sky wrapper object implementation #35

This PR regards implementation of the Sky wrapper object for better Tribes 2 map compatibility. Torque3D uses a SkyBox, Tribes 2 expects Sky. Further, Tribes 2 made use of a DML File specified in the materialList property of the sky which was simply a per-line specification of textures to use for each component of the skybox.
