Add the following functions for all current providers:
cloudomate getip <provider>: Get the IP address of the first or specified VPS instance.
cloudomate status <provider>: Get the status of purchased and activated VPS instances.
cloudomate setrootpw -p ROOTPW <provider>: Set the rootpassword for the first or specified VPS instance.
All current providers use clientarea.php, clientarea.py contains common functions for operating the client area.
