Just some minor adjustments allowing for authority/ attestation deletion and storing the attestation key references in a sensible place.

@xoriole the master students from class of 2021 have slight priority. Then @InvictusRMC thesis student can hopefully be helped. He needs this one merged plus superapp PR #60. This is only the start, next PR on superapp is coming.
