Having a frequently asked question (FAQ) section in the website where we list common known issues and ways to fix or troubleshoot them could be really beneficial to the end users.

The error reporter window could also be enhanced to indicate if the caught error is a known issue and include a link to the FAQ section of the website where the user could find the necessary troubleshooting information.

We have a FAQ section on our website. Does that sufficiently address this issue?

I think FAQ needs to be thoroughly reviewed and updated.
