TrustVault (EBSI wallet) PR #122

This PR is still a work in progress. Clean up and some refactoring still needed, and then syncing with base repo before merge.

Will notify when ready for review.

This PR introduces a data vault into the super app for data sharing using verifiable credentials. There are two components to this PR:

  1. The EBSI wallet in the common package and
  2. The data vault Activity/Community
