Clarification in Non-functional Requirements section #19

While the most updated version of Java is recommended, there can be mentions that Java 11 and above are still functional for the usage of this application.

Thank you for clearing catching this mistake. We write this out as we believe java version above 11 will be able to run the program. But yes, we should tell more clearly that the minimum requirement is java 11.
