`set on` command does not exist #5

Details: set on command to set goals does not exist in program unlike stated in user guide

Steps to replicate: input set 1000 on 11/11/2023 as mentioned in UG image.png

This is serious because if the goal is unable to be set, the other functions like view goals and achieve goals will be unable to be carried out.

Same problem as the command key is missing in the praser class.

The origioanl servity is medium. But I think it should be high as the goal function did not work at all!

This is due to wrong uploading of jar file to the teaching team. Sorry for making this confusion. I should have checked whether my teammate resubmitted the file.
