installed npm roslib types and roslibjs packages
provided exampleSubcribers & examplePublisher
only websocket circle turns green when rosbridge connects
general clean up of old code
used npm patch-package package to fix roslib types
changed sass-loader to older version to be compatible with other people's computers (npm install should work now)
