Refine bid descriptions #1

@RalphLipe I noticed some NT descriptions show both HCP and points, e.g. "15-17 HCP, 15-18 points, balanced". Is this intentional?

@RalphLipe this is ready for another look. If you're happy with it I'll go ahead and merge.
