Pinochle: Some bidding conventions

For Pinochle bots, could you please make them so that they understand some bidding terms? NOTE The scores are for modern

They are:

• Jump 2 after partner opens: Hand Strong
• Pass after partner opens: Hand weak
• Jump 3: 3 Parts of Double Pinochle (Pass if don't have it, Raise if do)
• Jump 4: Have Aces Around but don't want bid (Raise 4 means pass me Aces Around instead of Ace and Trump.
• Jump 5: Have a Run
• Jump to score of something abound - 1: I want one card of this rank for an abound
• Jump to score of something abound: I want one card of this rank for an abound
• Jump to 123: Need one card for double run
• Jump to 150: Have double run

I generally like this list, but I'm unsure about how "good" the bots should play. On the Account Setup page there is an option to specify Experience Level as Beginner, Average or Expert. I wonder if this should be used when a bot is deciding whether to use certain options.

Thanks for the suggestion @RussCranberry! I think this is a great idea in general for all our bots so I've split it out into a new issue: #23.
