Improve replays. #12

Right now the replay system is pretty wonky.

  1. Standardized replay file format
  2. Add the ability to run replays off the 3ds. (this will allow them to be used as inputs to the A/B test).
  3. Ability to add extra logging in replay file for debug purposes.
