Base Selection Preview Issues #4

The base selector tool for team captains has an issue with their preview holograms, where the preview prop entities will rapidly glitch between the two vector positions of each team captain's respective eye positions. This requires more investigation with handling serverside props on vector coordinates and non-replication.
