So I build a ship, consisting of just basic vanilla blocks (glass, helm, and air balloons). I assemble ship and mount it. When I mount it, the entire thing disappears. When I try to pass through the blocks where the ship was previously placed, I glitch and am unable to pass through them, as if the game believes that the blocks are still there, even though they are completely invisible.
This is the exact same bug that was posted on July 25 by RobOnTheJob, which is still an open problem. Worth noting I am using ChickenChunks, BiomesOPlenty, Treecapitator, and Journeymap, but I am not building the ship within a chunk loaded by the ChickenChunks mod, as I have seen on this issue page that there could be some bugs related to doing so. And even though I am using only vanilla blocks, for giggles, I went and built the ship in a vanilla biome as well as one of the biomes from the mod, with no luck.
I really hope you will try your best to fix this bug! This mod is so awesome for world exploration, and I wish you luck in finding the problem! In the meantime, I guess I'll go explore with a horse :(
