Problem: Setting 'I:engine_consumption_rate' may not be correctly implemented.

I played around with this setting putting it to 1 or 100 and regardless of the setting 18 Sticks are burned in ~8 seconds.

Problem only occurs for engines placed with old setting. Placing the engine new solves the issue.
