• [ ] IF user selects Add CTC, then open the purchase page

• [ ] Total = Year 1 FREE
• [ ] Show invoice section for CTC Classic
• [ ] Show Final Invoice section
• [ ] Replace AP terms ack with CTC application ack
• [ ] Option to text electronic application
• [ ] Option to email electronic application
• [ ] Remove billing cycle - billing is annual only, no option to select or change
• [ ] User can access purchase page after e-signing application OR agent can complete purchase after e-signature is received on application
