Adventure Pass commission report #40

Commission reporting is divided into these marketing and sales channels:

  1. Call Center Agents Free Dealer Passes - where Program = DEALER, exclude where Participant = 'TRADE SHOW WINNERS'
  2. Call Center Agents Paid Pass Sales - where Program = ADVENTURE PASS and campaign tag ID = 65e9d868af6f340c8b6a90cc
  3. Frontline Sales Exit Option - where Program = ADVENTURE PASS and campaign tag ID = 656a0383585d8c23eeed8688
  4. Adventure Host Sales - where Program = ADVENTURE PASS and campaign tag ID = 6633e8582d4cc85b883e6b49

Create a raw data export in Excel that will allow pivot tables. The raw data will only include activated Adventure Passes where a member number exists. BUT the report is not based on activation date.

Raw data columns to support each pivot. All data in the raw file are calculated as BOB.

Ability to generate report by date range. Date range will apply to any activity in that date range - activations, sales, reservations.

We will need a separate cancellation tab, like the one we included in the Campion OPC invoices. This will include any past AP memberships that were canceled in the current date range / corp week.

Pivot tables will be:

  1. Call Center Agent Free Pass Activations - count of passes activated by activation date corp week and agent
  2. Call Center Agent Reservations - count of members with first reservation made by created date corp week and agent
  3. Call Center Agent Paid Pass Sales - count of paid passes sold by purchase date corp week and agent
  4. Frontline Exit Option Sales - count of passes sold as Frontline Exit Options by purchase date corp week and sales agent
  5. Adventure Host Sales - count of passes sold by Adventure Hosts by purchase date corp week and Adventure Host sales agent
