Word version of the form with fields that are needed. Separate file is also attached with the Term and Conditions page.
@Talha-Ashraf420 the CTC terms are not appearing on the e-form for acknowledgement. This is critical to display the terms and conditions provided in the attached .docx file in the ticket.
@Talha-Ashraf420 on the confirmation page after the user pays the CTC fee, please update the copy on the page to say:
Thank you for adding Coast to Coast Classic to your Adventure Pass membership! It will take between 1-2 business days for your application to be processed. Once your application is fully processed and approved you'll receive an email with information about how to use your Coast to Coast membership.
[ ] Send email or text with link to application. "Thank you for adding Coast to Coast Classic to your Adventure Pass membership! Please review the application and e-sign to acknowledge the terms and conditions."
[ ] When customer receives link to application via text or email, open electronic form with customer information prefilled from Adventure Pass customer data

Total Purchase Price = Adventure Pass purchase price
Date = current today's date

Saw this on an application I was completing. I think this would be sufficient.
