Application Data Inspector doesn't handle errors correctly #22

If you get an error while reading the application data, the progress window 
will hang and no message will be displayed to the user. 

For instance, if you select the "Content Management" node in the tree and click 
on the Application Data Inspector, this currently raises the error that the URI 
"tcm:0" is invalid. 

However, the Application Data Inspector doesn't handle this error and so the 
tool just appears to hang.
