can not open the program #16

hello, i have installed java 8 as said in the read me file but i can't open the program. i cant really seem to find the root of the problem, so i will leave the error i got. Warning: Caught Exception while retrieving executable temp base directory:

which platform are you using to execute the jar? is it MacOS ARM?
