Added arrival time to tool tip. #41

Sometimes I want to quickly compare what launch is going to get me there the soonest, for the least dV. In this pull request, I have added the arrival time in days (travel time + days to departure) in the tooltip. This lets you quickly scan the plot for both dV and how long it takes to get there.

I also had a bit of trouble with the post-build steps. Added some echos to see what was going on. Left them in because it felt like they only helped things along.

(Sorry if all the reverts and commits are awkward. I've used TFS for years; first time ever with GIT)
