Get trigpoint count from T:UK #42

The number of trigpoints on T:UK is growing much more quickly than anticipated 
when the app was started, so it'd be better to get the trigpoint count for the 
progress bar from T:UK (and persist it in the prefs to seed the next one).

(No need to add to preferences, as total is not displayed)
