Well known issue with the application which is prevalent on modern smartphones without hardware keys or the traditional three-button software nav bar. Without manually going into the Android system navigation settings and enabling the three-button nav bar, it is not possible to access the menu to set preferences - T:UK username and password being the most crucial. This also limits the functionality significantly when in the Nearest Trig and map screens.
