qbittorrent-setup.sh & chown of downloads folder #26

The chown of the download folder in qbittorrent-setup.sh causes problems in case the download folder is not exclusively used for trigus42/qbittorrentvpn. In my case e.g. I have other apps that use it and do not want it to be owned by PUID/PGID that's used for qbittorrentvpn. Please make it optional e.g. via environment variable (e.g. DOWNLOADFOLDERCHOWN=yes/no).
