Fade out/in stream audio #28

When the stream starts / stops or the station is switched fade out the audio, stop the playback and fade in the new stream (if any).

Already experimented with this: c763cf223fde92e4d61c1ee8849a4802da07a5bb I still have to find a way to integrate it and make it more reliable though. Also a linear fade doesn't sound that good.
