Enable Run as administrator only if socket tracking is active #465

In relation to the ticket https://github.com/Triky313/AlbionOnline-StatisticsAnalysis/issues/463 the forced admin mode for the NPCap variant should be disabled.

Acceptance criteria: At the first start and when using the socket tracking, the tool is run as administrator.

After the tracking has been set to NPCap in the settings, the tool is no longer started in admin mode the next time it is started.
