Changes

New functionality

Adds support for the new europe server

Changed functionality

Renamed West -> Americas and East -> Asia in German and English translation to reflect SBI naming.

Additional info

The gameinfo endpoint for europe is still missing so we have to wait for the official launch.

I will also make further adjustments afterwards, but it already looks pretty good, thanks for the work.
