Tracking don't work

The application does not track anything and remains on "tracking is partially active (please change the zone)" on my comptuer. Only the prices of the auction house work.

I don't know how to reproduce the bug...

I should have my name and information updated but nothing happens

• Npcap 1.79 i have try 1.71 and all time in api compatibility mode.
• I have try npcap and socket mode.
• I have try admin not admin.
• I have try with my name in setting and with no name in setting
• I don't use vpn.
• Europe server

Update : I tried to understand and in despair I tried another connection, that of my phone sharing connection with USB and with the connection of my phone the tracking works. I find this really curious because I don't use a VPN. If it is possible to try to understand this bug and resolve it that would be great.

Update 17/05

The problem seems to be in IPv6 support. This was the only difference between the two networks used and I ended up deactivating it on my wired connection with my box and now everything works. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to participate in this project to try to make my contribution but if someone has the motivation to research the problem that would be great.

I unistalled delted the folder, than downloaded it again, and it worked, tried to copy my last user data but it stopped working, so It may be the failure.

NPcap Mode should work best.

Please check if you really don't have a VPN! ExitLag or other tools that reduce the ping are also a VPN. You may have to adjust the filter with the IP's in the settings.

You can also empty the entire filter and start the tool to test it. Everything should run slowly, but data should then arrive at the tool.

If there is still no data to be seen, the tool may not be able to recognize your Internet connection, then please switch to a conventional connection if possible.
