Add tag support #7

I would like for a tag listed in the frontmatter such as image

to render like image

or however the theme styles a tag.

It should also be clickable to search for notes using that tag.

Totally! I always need to switch to reading mode to click on tags! how silly! :D

btw, when in reading-mode I have to switch to edit-mode when Iw ant to click on front-matter-links ;) #21
