Is Crowns and Shadows open source? Is the source code available? If so, what is the license of it?

Page only says that project license is CC-BY-NC 2.0

No maintainer or contact possibility is indicated on the sourceforge project page or within the download or within the game (which seems to be playable just fine). This unfortunately means, that this game is not open source and no way to contact anyone about it. A pity. Will not follow further.
