Is it possible to emphasize authors more? #167

The positive reactions of #161 brought me to the idea that authors of open source games project maybe deserve a bit more attention. Could this database be used to kind of show which author did what? Currently it's the project that counts, but maybe we can also have a side project that is author centric (some kind of geneology?), maybe taking the information from the source repositories (although that would ignore a lot of contributions by other people (community managers, documentation writers, translators, …) that also will have contributed). It's difficult to really get them all...

Also add original authors in case of remakes. Maybe some kind of tree-like representations?

The question is how we can add author information from the pre-Git area?

We can add author information from the pre-Git era manually. With the import from LGW this is already done quite often. Need some kind of convention how to convey roles of the authors (programming, artwork, ...) and aliases.
