The project at https://sourceforge.net/projects/dices/ does not have license information attached to the source or website. Try to contact the author and obtain license information.

The source download does not specify a license. The website also doesn't. The Sourceforge project site says GNU GPL, but I prefer to contact the author Frédéric Bayle. Will do so.

I sent a message to Frédéric Bayle, author of Dices, and asked him a clarification of the license.
